CarpenterWe are seeking experienced Commercial Carpenters to join our team at a prestigious institution in Maryland. This role involves overseeing and managing remodeling projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage remodeling projects, ensuring work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards.Perform or coordinate tasks such as framing, drywall, tile work, cabinetry, and other general remodeling duties.Collaborate with subcontractors, tradespeople, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project execution.Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges efficiently.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Essential Skills:Proficiency in drywall installation and finishing, metal framing, and general carpentry.Minimum of 2+ years of experience in drywall or framing in residential or commercial settings.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Experience in finish carpentry is advantageous.Additional carpentry experience is a plus.Why Work Here?This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a significant backlog of projects valued at $250 million, offering stability and growth potential.Work Environment:You will be working at a major institution, engaging in diverse and dynamic projects.
