We are expanding across multiple counties and are looking for dedicated HHAs and CNAs to join our team. Responsibilities * Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility * Provide care for a fall-risk patient with close attention to safety * Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility * Provide companionship and emotional support * Drive patient to appointments and run errands as needed * Follow the patient’s individualized care plan * Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and comfort at all times * Communicate clearly with the care team regarding any changes or concerns HHA/CNA Requirements * HHA Certificate (or Pass the HHA State Exam) or CNA License (required)

• CPR - BLS Certification (required)
• Physical Health Form within the last 6 months
• Negative TB Skin Test results or TBQ - Quantiferon Gold TB Blood Test result

CEU - HIV/Aids Certificate * CEU - Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Certificate * CEU - Assistance with Self Administered Medications Certificate * Level 2 Background Check (or willingness to obtain) * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of car insurance. * Ability to work independently and professionally What We Offer Flexible scheduling, Cases close to home Supportive office team Direct Deposit Opportunities for steady hours ranging from 4hr, 8hr and 12hr shifts.
