Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments under physician orders and nursing protocols.
- Monitor residents’ conditions, document assessments, and report changes to the charge nurse.
- Provide direct patient care including basic nursing tasks, assistance with activities of daily living, and wound care as needed.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in charting and electronic medical records.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate resident care plans and ensure safety.
- Uphold infection control practices, resident rights, and confidentiality in all care activities.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Ability to work the stated shift: nights (19:00–07:30).
- Experience in or knowledge of long-term care settings preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, resident-centered environment with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to commit to the 6-week assignment and adhere to travel policies.
- Basic computer literacy for charting and documentation.
