Ultrasound Technologist Providence Medford Medical Center – Medford, OR. Full-Time / Variable Shift Perform ultrasound examinations according to physicians' orders, utilizing a variety of sophisticated ultrasound equipment, taking into account individual patient’s special or age-related needs. Sign‑on Bonus : $6,000 sign‑on bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment – in addition to the benefits and compensation package in effect on the first day of employment. Required Qualifications Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement. Board eligible for certification at American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography. Upon hire: Oregon Sonographer or Oregon Sonographer Temporary. Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association. Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography. Upon hire: New graduates must be board eligible and obtain certification (ARDMS) within 6 months of hire. Upon hire: New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire. Preferred Qualifications 2 years clinical experience in diagnostic ultrasound. 2 years OBGYN sonography experience for specific procedure codes. Pay range: $43.64 – $67.74 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, and bonus opportunities.
