Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative patient care in the operating room under the supervision of surgeons and anesthesia personnel.
- Assist with sterile technique, instrument handling, and case preparation across multiple specialties (robotics, neuro, ortho, plastics, gyn).
- Support anesthesia induction and intraoperative monitoring; manage instrumentation, counts, and specimen labeling; ensure accurate documentation.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical procedure; communicate clearly with the surgical team and PACU staff for smooth patient turnover.
- Perform turnover duties between cases, including room setup, equipment checks, and adherence to safety standards and guidelines.

Requirements
- Active RN license (Georgia) or eligibility for licensure in the state
- Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Demonstrated experience across multiple surgical specialties, including robotics, neuro, ortho, plastics, and gyn; strong experience in GYN, plastics, and prostate biopsy procedures
- Ability to work in an OR environment and meet the schedule and holiday coverage requirements
