Bilingual Customer Service Rep

$24-$26 per hour

San Diego

3-month temporary position

Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a friendly and professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join team in San Diego. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service both in person and over the phone. Responsibilities include assisting customers with account inquiries, processing payments, explaining billing questions, supporting service start-ups and cancellations, and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  Provide outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and callers in a professional and courteous manner.

  Assist customers with account inquiries, service requests, billing questions, and payment processing.

  Handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  
  
  
  



• 
  
  
  Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.

  Process service start-ups, transfers, and cancellations.

  Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• 
  
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  
  
  
  



• 
  
  
  Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
  
  
  



• 
  
  
  At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, utility, or high-volume customer-facing environment.
  
  
  
  



• 
  
  
  Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain patient and professional when handling customer concerns.

  Proficient with basic computer applications and data entry.

  Ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities.

  Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
