We offer competitive salaries and benefits as well as a pleasant work environment.**Position Highlights****Job Requirements:*** Minimum of 1 year Med/Surg experience* Previous Labor & Delivery experience required* Must be a caring communicator, flexible, able to multitask and be comfortable with technological systems* IA RN license or compact state* BLS and ACLS are required - inhouse training available* NRP certification required upon hire or within 6 months of hire**Job Schedule:*** **24 hours per pay period*** Day/Night* 12 hour shifts* Every 3rd weekend with rotating holidays* The schedule may fluctuate based upon the needs of the department**Spencer Hospital is a rural hospital located in northwest Iowa employing over 500+ employees.
