Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are currently seeking a LPN. Job Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct assessments, follow protocol, report medical or behavioral changes, and document findings. Perform admission duties: complete assessment, MAR, TAR, POS, review chart set-up, physician orders, and order medications. Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, and arrange transportation. Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings. Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies. Respond effectively to emergency situations.
