Job Description

The Project Manager will report into senior leadership and take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline expectations are met across multiple commercial construction projects.

• Lead projects from pre-construction through close-out
• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Monitor project progress and proactively mitigate risks
• Coordinate with estimating, procurement, and site teams to drive efficiency
• Deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining high quality standards

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, budgeting, and scheduling
• Experience managing subcontractors and client relationships
• Ability to manage multiple projects or phases simultaneously
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office tools
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with attention to detail
