Quadrum Dr., Oklahoma City, OK 73108, USA EXAMPLES OF WORKED PERFORMED FOR MARKETING PROJECT COORDINATOR: Receive work orders, prioritize workload based on deadlines and the Director of Marketing. Communicate to customers and other departments for additional information required for a project. Provide rough concept options. Request, revise and get approval from Director of Marketing and customer. Proceed with producing the final content. Outsource print production to local production facilities and have them deliver, and install in some cases, assets to our customers. Deliver all digital assets to the teams responsible for posting the creative content. Receive constructive feedback and direction from Director of Marketing. Examples of projects include in-store display signs, digital billboards, newspaper ads, magazine ads, hang signs, web ads, email ads, etc. Perform any other duties as directed by management.
