Contract HR Business Partner – Aviation Manufacturing (DRWN) Job title – Contract HR Business Partner Client Location – [CITY], AZ, USA Remote work offering – 0% – fully onsite, 5 days/week Client Industry – Aviation Manufacturing Contract Length – 12 months Contract type – C2C / 1099 Project focus This aviation manufacturing site is going through a merger/acquisition and needs an experienced, hands‑on HR Business Partner to embed quickly and stabilise day‑to‑day HR operations. Working onsite in a highly regulated manufacturing environment, you’ll support a predominantly hourly, blue‑collar workforce and act as the single point of contact for HR operational processes on site, reporting directly to the VP of HR. Key skills and Experience required Proven, hands‑on HR Business Partner experience in an operational setting Strong track record supporting hourly / blue‑collar workforces Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and line managers Solid grounding in HR compliance, employee relations, and risk management Full‑time onsite availability, 5 days a week UKG experience (user‑level) – desirable Background in manufacturing, aviation, or another regulated industry – desirable If this role is of interest, please apply with an updated CV.
