About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its specialized manufacturing business, which is a key player in the niche printing, packaging, and narrow/wide web processing industries. The successful candidate will be a seasoned executive with a proven track record in driving growth, operational excellence, and fostering strong customer partnerships. Responsibilities for this role include providing strategic direction for sustainable, profitable growth, representing the company in various settings, and leading with a hands-on, transparent, and inclusive style. The CEO will also be tasked with cultivating a high-performance culture, leveraging lean methodologies, and ensuring the company's financial performance, customer relationships, and compliance with all legal and safety requirements.
