Peoplelink Staffing has partnered with a trusted employer in Elkhart that transforms recycled tire rubber into everyday products-from sign frames and wheel chocks to portable speed bumps and more. With business growing fast, we're seeking motivated Press Operators to join the team on 3rd Shift.

What You'll Do:

• Operate and monitor machinery to produce high-quality products
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand on your feet for up to 8+ hours per shift
