Family Law Attorney

We are a growing boutique law firm seeking an experienced Family Law Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of family law experience to join our team. This position is ideal for an attorney who is confident handling family law matters, enjoys working directly with clients, and is looking for a long-term opportunity with a firm that genuinely values work-life balance and a supportive work environment. What You’ll Do You will handle a variety of family law matters, including: Divorce and dissolution of marriage Child custody/time-sharing and parenting plans Child support and alimony Paternity matters Modifications and enforcement proceedings Discovery and motion practice Hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials Client counseling and case strategy Drafting pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of family law experience required Active member of The Florida Bar in good standing Strong family law litigation experience Comfortable independently handling hearings, mediations, depositions, and court appearances Strong legal research and writing skills Excellent client communication and case-management skills Ability to independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively with our team Fluent Spanish required Professional, organized, dependable, and solution-oriented Why Join Our Firm?
