Role Description The Senior Territory Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA, responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion within assigned territories. This position includes managing and growing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and presenting product lines to retail, catalog, and e-commerce clients. The role involves regular customer visits, conducting product training and demonstrations, collaborating with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and inventory, and monitoring territory performance against sales targets. The Senior Territory Sales Manager will also handle customer inquiries and concerns, maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts, and contribute feedback on market trends and customer needs to support product and design development. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities. Proven sales and territory management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Customer service skills focused on building long-term relationships and resolving issues effectively. Experience in training and coaching customers or internal teams on product features and benefits. Solid sales management capabilities, including planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring. Experience in home furnishings, rugs, textiles, or related industries is highly beneficial. Ability to travel within assigned territories and work in an on-site environment in Atlanta, GA.
