We have a training program designed to help leaders without specific experience in the Wendy's brand quickly learn the skills needed, so don't let your lack of Wendy's experience keep you from applying.

What We Expect From You
To be successful as a Wendy's Manager, we expect you to:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or the equivalent
- Have 6 months or more of restaurant, retail, customer service focused, or equivalent experience
- Have strong supervisory, organizational, and communication skills
- Be a developer of people
Be able to multi-task while maintaining composure, give and take direction, work well in a team environment and have a strong service focus.
