Clinic Operations Associate

Sploot Veterinary Care is introducing a brand new approach to veterinary care in the form of Urgent & Primary Care Clinics, and we’re looking for a ROCKSTAR Clinic Operations Associate to join our team, and help us provide the ABSOLUTE BEST medical care to our patients.

What you’ll do as a Clinic Operations Associate: 

As a Clinic Operations Associate at Sploot Veterinary Care, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our clinic. This position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will be an integral part of a small but dedicated team responsible for managing vendor relations, overseeing inventory, and maintaining our facilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in launching and building a business, as well as contributing to the establishment of new processes to ensure continuous improvement and growth.

Vendor Relations:

• Manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of supplies and services.


• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the clinic.

Inventory Management:

• Oversee the clinic's inventory, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels.


• Implement efficient inventory control procedures to minimize waste and optimize resources.

Facilities Management:

• Ensure the overall cleanliness, functionality, and safety of the clinic's facilities.


• Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed, working closely with contractors and service providers.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency within clinic operations.


• Collaborate with the team to implement new procedures that enhance overall productivity.

Who You Are:

• Previous experience in operations, facilities management, inventory management, or a related field is preferred.


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.


• Experience managing inventory, including monitoring inventory levels, tracking expiration dates, and maintaining accurate records.


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.


• Proactive mindset with the ability to problem-solve independently.


• Ability to work with minimal supervision while effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.


• Comfortable handling multiple urgent issues at once and able to perform well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
