RN - Labor and Delivery (L&D)

Shift: Nights - 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. No call. No 48 hour option. No block guarantee, will attempt to accommodate. Floating within women's services. Max RTO - 6 days within 6 week period. Must work 1 major holiday if assignment overlaps.

Requirements:

• RN licensure
• BLS, ACLS (AHA or ARC)
• NRPA WHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring and STABLE preferred
• 2 years' experience
• Ability to circulate C-sections
• High-risk labor management
• Pitocin titration
• Fetal monitoring interpretation
• Neonatal resuscitation participation
• Postpartum/couplet care competency
• Preferred: Previous rural hospital experience
• Experience in LDRP model

Scope of role: Labor, deliver, recovery, postpartum, and newborn. Patient ratio: 1:1 labor, 3:1 couplet care. Number of beds - 8. Scrub color - navy blue or pink. EHR - GE Centricity Perinatal (CPN), MedHost for orders, charges and med scanning. Travelers submitted without the necessary info or requirements will be rejected. Must include the home address and SSN on the submission. Travelers must be greater than 50 miles from the facility.
