Responsibilities Under direct supervision, provide quality clinical supervision and work direction to direct reports, delivering discipline‑specific treatment for children with developmental delays, disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Oversee all components of the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs of your caseload, ensuring high quality and adherence to best‑practice guidelines.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Facilitate behavior programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), conduct behavior assessments and function as an Assessor when needed. Provide parent education, develop and deliver specific intervention activities, and act as liaison between the organization, families, community therapists, health‑care providers, and other stakeholders. Conduct evaluations, case‑management reviews, quality assurance reviews, and audits assigned by the Regional Clinical Director. Meet productivity requirements set forth in the annual budget and lead or attend staff meetings. Prepare and provide specialized training and instructional materials, including staff development training as assigned. Ensure roles, authorities, and accountabilities of associates are clearly defined and understood. Manage and evaluate the performance and productivity of associates in the assigned region. Provide training and onboarding for new associates, ongoing training to Program Managers and Behavior Interventionists, and specialized training for associates preparing for certifications. Assist the Regional Clinical Director and Human Resources in the recruitment/selection process of new program associates and oversee associates involved in that process. Attend conferences and trainings to remain current on research, trends, and developments in autism, special education, and related fields. Travel as required and perform other duties as assigned. Education & Credentials Master’s degree in ABA or a related field. Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, maintained continuously. Current CPR certification. Experience 2–3 years of professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multi‑disciplinary team setting. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Expert knowledge of scientifically validated methodologies and behavioral analytic approaches that benefit children with ASD, and familiarity with current related research findings. Expertise in intervention approaches based on Applied Behavior Analysis, including Pivotal Response Training (PRT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), Behavior Skills Training (BST), and Experimental Functional Analysis (EFA). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.). Ability to interpret and implement policies, procedures, and regulations. Demonstrated judgment and decision‑making skills with a customer‑service orientation and professionalism. Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with diverse individuals and groups. Ability to relate well to children and their families and maintain a positive affect. Discretion, good judgment, and confidentiality handling for sensitive documentation. Ability to pass a post‑offer physical examination and a TB test. Ability to provide proof of required vaccinations or a positive titer; a signed declination may be acceptable for certain vaccinations. Ability to obtain and maintain a criminal record/fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation according to program requirements. Physical & Environmental Requirements Occasional standing, sitting, walking, and repetitive motion/activity. Possibility of exposure to unpleasant or hazardous working conditions (noise, heat, dust, bodily fluids, etc.). Travel: Up to 50% local travel required.
