Senior Business Development Representative
Basis Technologies
Seeking a proactive senior individual contributor and player-coach BDR based in Irving, TX. This role involves delivering own KPIs while supporting the BDR team with execution, onboarding, and development without direct line management. Responsibilities Managing pipeline targets Designing multi-channel outbound sequences Identifying buying signals Leading discovery using SPICED Coaching peers Supporting team lead with KPIs Refining outreach Collaborating with Sales and Marketing Requires 1+ year BDR or Inside Sales experience in B2B SaaS or Enterprise software, experience with complex enterprise sales cycles, ownership of pipeline, mentorship skills, sound judgment, curiosity for new tools, strong communication, and comfort in remote/global environments. Tools used include Salesforce, Apollo, and LinkedIn. Hybrid work model with 3 days per week in Irving office.
