Contract CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Fountain, Colorado. The role involves performing routine and specialized CT scans, documenting procedures, and ensuring patient safety. It offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and travel support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine and specialized CT imaging including head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, CTA head, CTA chest, and calcium scoring procedures.
2. Maintain accurate documentation of all procedures using EPIC Radiant EMR and Synapse PACS systems.
3. Start IVs and ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures.
4. Monitor and adjust imaging protocols based on patient needs and radiologist instructions.
5. Collaborate with radiology team members and radiologists to ensure quality and timely completion of scans.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS (AHA) certification required.
• Certified CT Technologist – ARRT (CT) required.
• Certified Radiologic Technologist – ARRT (R) required.
• At least 2 years of CT imaging experience required.
• Proficient in routine and specialized scans.
• Ability to start IVs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Additional radiology or imaging technology certifications preferred.
• Previous travel experience preferred.
