Create and maintain employee schedules in UKG
Edit schedules as needed to meet staffing requirements
Approve, deny, or cancel employee time-off requests in UKG
Provide leadership and support to CNA staff
Assist with staffing needs and daily operations
Deliver compassionate resident care and promote quality service
Qualifications:
Current Texas CNA certification required
Previous skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Leadership experience is a plus
