Job Summary

This position will be critical & a very unique opportunity within the organization. Candidates must have experience working in a dealership accounting office. Be ready to work in a fantastic & hard working team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform basic and routine accounting functions

Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable processes; reconcile and prepare daily cash deposit, credit card deposit, update receivable ledger

Research and answer all receivable and vendor inquiries

Post accounts payable invoices

Prepare accounts payable checks

Submitting all warranties and aftermarkets

Assist in processing car deals

Qualifications

Ability to work well with others

Reliability is a must

3-5 years experience working in Accounting role

Accounting associate’s or bachelor’s degree

Positive attitude & very outgoing personality

Exceptional written & oral communication skills

Ability to multi task
