Community Coordinator

We are currently hiring a Caregiver / Field Coordinator to join our growing team! This unique position combines hands‑on caregiving with field responsibilities such as client admissions, home visits, and assessments, along with occasional office support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, is organized, and has a passion for helping others both in the home and behind the scenes. Responsibilities In-Home Care Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming) Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping Help with mobility and transfers Follow care plans and document services Field Duties Complete new client admissions and paperwork Conduct in-home assessments and safety checks Perform routine home visits for quality assurance Communicate updates to office staff and assist with care planning Office Support (as needed) Assist with documentation, filing, and data entry Support scheduling or coordination tasks Attend team meetings and trainings Qualifications Previous caregiving experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic computer skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required) Must be dependable and professional #J-18808-Ljbffr
