Payroll Support Associate

Role Overview The Payroll Support Associate will work on a Payroll team responsible for running weekly and bi‑weekly payrolls in the US and Canada, handling Payroll‑related inquiries, and providing accurate and thorough assistance to team members. What You Will Do Answer Payroll‑related inbound calls, handle support tickets from ServiceNow, and strive to resolve inquiries on the first call. Perform duties that require an understanding of Payroll, company policies, systems, and procedures with a strong level of customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of call center or customer service experience, minimum high school diploma, and knowledge of US federal and state/province labor/labour and tax withholding laws and regulations.
