Finance Manager Salary: $165,000-$185,000 + Bonus Location: South Shore of Boston | Onsite Why This Opportunity Stands Out: Newly created leadership role with a rapidly growing organization Report directly to the CEO/Owner with significant visibility and influence Opportunity to bring the accounting and finance function in-house and build it from the ground up Build and eventually lead an internal accounting team as the company continues to scale Significant involvement in financial strategy, analysis, systems, and process improvement Strong long-term growth potential with a path toward CFO Finance Manager Responsibilities: Oversee the company’s accounting and finance functions Own financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and financial controls Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and continued expansion Analyze financial performance across multiple locations and business operations Identify cost savings and opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency Improve accounting processes, systems, reporting, and technology Support a high-volume lending environment and help improve processes surrounding transactions and closings Build out the internal accounting team as the organization grows Finance Manager Qualifications: Strong accounting and finance leadership experience Mortgage lending, mortgage brokerage, or banking industry experience strongly preferred Ability to operate at both a strategic and hands-on level Strong financial reporting and analytical background Experience with sophisticated ERP/accounting systems Technology-forward mindset with an interest in automation and process improvement Dynamic, proactive personality comfortable working in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment
