Job Details: Level: Experienced, Job Location: Foxconn Holdings - Fort Worth, TX, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $19.00Hourly, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Installation - Maint - Repair, Assembler I Position Summary An Assembler I is responsible for putting together components or parts to create finished products or sub-assemblies according to specifications, drawings, and work instructions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assemble parts using hand tools, power tools, or machinery Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and assembly instructions Inspect parts and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy Identify defects or issues and report them to supervisors Maintain a clean and safe work area Meet production goals and timelines Follow safety, quality, and company standards Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Required Qualifications Ability to read, write and communicate in English. Keep your work area daily, according to the standard of the 5S’s. Participate in Lean Manufacturing /EMC Teams and / or FIH key principles on quality, costs, productivity and social responsibility, etc. Comply with and enforce the provisions of the System Management Environment, Health and Safety. Ensure that policies, procedures and work instructions of your work area are updated and implemented. Comply with the annual mandatory training plan. Maintain the effectiveness of the Quality Management System according to the applicable standards. Ensure that determine and fulfill the requirements according to Customer commitment and regulatory provisions applicable.
