Facilities Maintenance Technician
$20-$22/hour | Temp-to-Hire | 2 Shifts Available! Sunday – Wednesday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM OR 11:00 AM- 7:30PM Monday-Friday
What You'll Do
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facility under the direction of the Maintenance Manager.
- Perform repairs and maintenance in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, woodworking, welding, drywall, and painting
- Pull and manage work orders through the CMMS system
- Report damages and items needing repair to leadership
- Maintain a safe work environment at all times
What We're Looking For
- Experience in commercial facilities maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, woodworking, welding (preferred) and painting
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Experience with or ability to learn a CMMS work order system
- Strong attention to safety and detail
