Job Description:

Promise Point Care is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Direct Care Staff to join our Youth Placement Center team. In this role, you will provide daily care, supervision, and support to youth in a structured residential setting.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety of youth at all times
• Assist with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and activities
• Provide emotional support and positive guidance
• Maintain a structured and therapeutic environment
• Document daily activities, behaviors, and incidents
• Support implementation of individualized care plans
• Transport youth to appointments, school, or activities as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license (required)
• CPR Certification (required or willing to obtain)
• Experience working with youth or in social services preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Schedule:

• Day, Evening, and Overnight shifts available
• Weekends and holidays may be required
