Senior Product Designer at Cabin About the role Join Cabin to guide clients through their digital transformation. You will partner with clients to understand their business aims, evaluate their current digital capacity, and build strategies to meet their objectives. Your skills will be vital in finding areas for enhancement, putting new solutions into practice, and refining digital workflows. Key facts Location: US - Charlotte, US - Raleigh, Remote Engagement: Full-time Team: Cabin Crew What you'll do Guide the creation of digital products from initial idea to launch, ensuring they meet client needs and user expectations. Work with strategists, engineers, and product managers to build cohesive digital solutions. Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and inform design choices. Develop design strategies that align with client goals and brand identity. Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished visual designs. Present design concepts and prototypes to clients and stakeholders, explaining design rationale and collecting feedback. Guide less experienced designers and foster a collaborative design atmosphere. Support business development by assessing client needs during the proposal phase. Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in digital design and product development. Requirements A substantial portfolio demonstrating diverse digital product design projects, including examples where you led the design process. Proficiency in UX/UI principles, visual design, and prototyping software. Strong ability to communicate design ideas clearly to various audiences. Experience with user research and applying findings to design. Capacity to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and manage projects. Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. Skills & tools Figma Adobe Creative Suite Practical notes Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
