ELECTRIC POWER GENERATION (EPG) SERVICE MANAGER

Electric Power Generation (EPG) Service Manager Location: Elkridge, Maryland Starting Compensation Range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year Job Summary: The EPG Service Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating customer service activities by conferring with customers and representatives to evaluate and maintain good customer relations, servicing accounts in a timely manner, resolving complaints and ensuring effective communications. The role also develops and grows business through service management to achieve targeted sales and gross profit margins, while monitoring and controlling service expenses to maintain the highest possible income percentage.
