Responsibilities

Manage the maintenance and repair of a fleet of refrigerated trucks, tractors, and trailers

Manage a team of technicians to complete repairs on time

Maintain running cost within budget

Work closely with customers to meet their transportation needs

Qualifications

6+ years of management experience in Heavy Truck Maintenance

Experience leading a team of diesel mechanics

A customer focused mindset

Strong mechanical aptitude

Strong organizational and interpersonal skill set

Benefits

Competitive Compensation:

$90,000-$100,000 per year + up to $10,000 annual bonus + Monthly PM Bonus ($200 at 95%)

Steady Schedule: Monday - Friday (1st Shift)
