In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager and leadership team to learn daily store operations, support team members, maintain department standards, and develop into a strong leader over time. You do not need to be a polished Assistant Store Manager on day one, but you must be dependable, hands-on, willing to step in wherever needed, coachable, comfortable working with people, and genuinely interested in learning how to lead others.
