• Number of Beds: 281
• Number of Staff: PT 11, PTA’s 2, 2 prn Office Coordinators. 8 PT’s are PRN.
• Type of Staff:

o Day Shift: all staff work the day shift

o Night Shift:

• Patient Ratios - 8-10 patients /8 hours worked requirement. Assigned 10-13
• Type of Equipment: Walkers, Crutches, Braces, W/C’s
• Documentation System: Meditech
• Call Requirements: Call by 7:00am

Typical Hiring Profile

Must have: (includes certifications and special skills, ex: ACLS, BLS, NIH)
