What You’ll Do Proactively contact prospective customers through phone calls, referrals, internet leads, and community networking. Build relationships that lead to long‑term clients. Identify customer needs and recommend insurance solutions that provide real value. Consistently follow up with prospects until a buying decision is made. Maintain an organized sales pipeline using our CRM. Meet and exceed monthly sales and activity goals. Work with a high‑energy team focused on continuous improvement.
