Lead, People Data Access & Governance

Zillow Group

Zillow Group is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the People Data Access & Governance program, shaping who can access what, where, and under what controls across Workday, Databricks, and downstream HR systems. You will define access frameworks, collaborate with HR, Legal, Security, and Product to balance data usability with protection.

In this role you’ll own end‑to‑end governance, build scalable intake and review processes, and design role‑based access controls for sensitive HR data.
