About the Role: The Executive Business Partner will be a proactive partner to an executive operating at the intersection of partnerships, culture, and global influence. This role manages complex scheduling, coordinates high-profile engagements, and supports a fast-moving, externally-facing portfolio. This role requires exceptional judgment and discretion, particularly in environments involving public figures, high-visibility partners, and sensitive engagements. The ideal candidate is comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and driving operational excellence. This role is based in New York City (NYC). We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance. Experience we’re excited about: Background in fast-paced or hypergrowth environments (tech, media, entertainment, or adjacent industries) Have 7+ years experience in a cross-functional executive assistant role or similar support function.
