Education: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Experience Level: Hiring Entry Level and Experienced Recruiters Position Overview Green Key Resources is seeking an experienced 180 or 360 recruiter. We have opportunities across our F&A team, AEC, Technology, Life Sciences and Legal. This role is a hybrid of account management and recruiting , focused on building strong candidate and client relationships. Green Key is very established and recruits across the following verticals: Finance & Accounting, AEC, Technology, Pro Services and Legal, Life Sciences. We are open to industry at this time. The ideal candidate is financially motivated, relationship-driven, and well-versed in the sales industry. Key Responsibilities Manage client accounts, ensuring consistent communication, satisfaction, and long-term partnership growth Recruiting, sourcing and cold-calling Build and maintain candidate pipelines using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools Parse specialized skills and qualifications for sales resumes to match client needs Develop creative strategies to recruit both active and passive candidates Provide consultative guidance to clients on hiring trends, talent availability, and workforce planning Balance client expectations with candidate experience to achieve successful placementsCollaborate with internal teams to optimize recruiting workflows and meet hiring goals What We Offer Continuous training and professional development Aggressive commission structure with earning potential from $25,000–$250,000 annually on top of base (depends on level and overall responsibilities regarding salary) Paid time off: holidays, sick leave, vacation Employee referral program Advanced AI tools and technology, Laptops and desktops day 1, stipends Team culture: holiday parties, happy hours, outings, summer half-day Fridays, and more Qualifications Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment or sales Strong industry knowledge with ability to discuss relevant skills and companies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven success in a fast-paced environment with a drive to exceed goals #J-18808-Ljbffr Green Key Resources
