An esteemed not-for-profit Critical Access Hospital is looking for a Family Medicine Obstetrician to become part of their recently updated clinic, which is home to a well-established and collaborative team in northeastern Iowa, driven by growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Enjoy a 4-day workweek focused on outpatient care, with the option to perform deliveries at the hospital.
- Maintain a low patient volume of 12-15 per day, emphasizing high-quality care.
- Optional surgical obstetrics, supported by a strong team of specialists, including General Surgeons and CRNAs.
- Encouragement for specialty interests , with support available.
- Work alongside experienced nursing and support staff, including a dedicated medical assistant.
- Open to J1 and H1B candidates .
- Board certification in Family Medicine with Obstetrics.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- Base salary of up to $400,000 per year.
- Year-one total compensation can exceed $560,000 , which includes:
- Up to $120,000 in onboarding incentives.
- Potential for RVU production bonuses and annual quality bonuses.
