Food Production Worker 2nd Shift (5pm - 3am) & (8pm - 6am) Summary The Production Worker supports daily manufacturing operations by assisting with the preparation, movement, and handling of products in a food production environment. This role includes operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and performing sanitation duties to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workplace. Team members must be flexible, safety-focused, and willing to assist where needed. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the production, handling, and movement of products within the facilityOperate production equipment and machinery as assignedInspect products and materials to ensure quality and compliance with standardsLoad and unload racks, containers, and materialsMove products in and out of coolers, freezers, and storage areasMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all timesFollow all safety, food quality, and company policiesPerform additional duties as assignedImportant: This position includes cleaning and sanitation tasks as part of regular job responsibilities, such as sweeping, mopping, wiping down equipment, and removing trash.
