Senior Sales Contract AdministratorAs a Senior Sales Contract Administrator at MKS Instruments, Inc., you will be an integral member of the Photonics Solutions Division Sales organization, supporting key customer accounts and partnering closely with Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing teams. This role offers visibility across the business and potential for leadership growth. In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Administration.You Will Make an Impact By:Maintaining new and existing customer orders, including expediting orders, preparing quotes, proactively contacting customers, setting up new customer accounts, and supporting Key Account ManagersCommunicating weekly order changes, including pull-ins and pushouts, to operations and manufacturing teamsPartnering with assigned Account Managers to ensure purchase orders align with approved quotes and contractual termsMaintaining and coordinating bookings while consistently keeping the planning team informed and up to dateEnsuring accuracy and compliance throughout the order-to-cash processSupporting cross-functional collaboration to meet customer commitments and business objectivesSkills You Bring:3+ years of experience in contract administration and/or customer service within a manufacturing environmentProven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and timely follow-up are criticalStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and internal stakeholders at all levelsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with SAP is highly preferredExperience with Salesforce and Ariba is a plusPhysical Demands and Working Conditions:Perform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of timeRegularly requires good manual dexterity and coordinationMust be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understandMust be able to exchange accurate informationThe ability to observe documents and details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)Operates in a professional office environmentConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machineryNoise level in the work environment is usually averageCompensation and Benefits:Total Base Pay Range: 75,175.00 – 100,000.00 USD Annual, based on qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs, and other considerations permitted by law.Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS (or as applicable).Benefits: MKS offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage (medical, dental, and vision), 401(k) with company match, life and disability insurance, 12 paid holidays, sick time, 15 paid vacation days, parental leave, adoption assistance, and tuition reimbursement.Globally, our policy is to recruit individuals from wide and diverse backgrounds.
