Responsibilities
- Provide direct, evidence-based ICU nursing care for critically ill adults, including ongoing assessment and plan-of-care updates.
- Monitor and interpret patient data, manage complex therapies and equipment (e.g., hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator support) as required.
- Administer medications and perform procedures per hospital protocols, including high-risk medication administration.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans; provide leadership or mentoring as assigned.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, coordinate rapid responses when needed, and document patient status and outcomes accurately.
- Educate patients and families on care plans, treatment options, and discharge planning to support transitions of care.

Requirements
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC required
- Education: Master’s degree preferred
- Experience: Five years technical experience preferred; supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills required
- Additional: Ability to work in an ICU setting within a travel assignment; ability to obtain and maintain required credentials for the assignment
