Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit during night shifts. Ensure patient stability, monitor vital signs, and administer necessary treatments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs, I&O, and overall patient responses continuously.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document clinical information accurately and timely.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and implement life-saving interventions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse license.
• Possess current BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications.
• Demonstrate experience working in intensive care or critical care settings.
• Exhibit strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Maintain reliable availability for night shifts and emergency calls.
