Locals only please Onsite position - shifts could be 7:30-4, 8-4:30 and 8:30-5 Looking for someone with previous healthcare/OR scheduling experience, preferably in a hospital or outpatient setting. Will be primarily responsible for coordinating and scheduling transplant related surgeries for all 7 surgeons. Communicating with patients and clinical teams, managing scheduling requests, and ensuring appointments are scheduled accurately and in a timely manner. Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team are important for this role.
