As a Staff Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis, providing insights, and supporting decision‑making processes. We invite you to join our Boeing South Carolina team of Staff Analysts today! Primary Responsibilities Develop plans for long‑range strategies, organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives. Provide data for management review and track performance to plan. Develop, coordinate and assess architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings. Conduct research and analyze data from multiple sources. Deliver informational or technical materials. Research and evaluate strategic organizational issues and identify options. Provide strategic design, logistics, and facilitation of large meetings/events. Develop and maintain the project schedule and budget. Monitor and track execution of the plan and communicate status to all project participants. Plan and coordinate organizational facility requirements. Develop and deploy localized training content. Basic Qualifications (Required) Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related work experience or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience with project management. Preferred Qualifications (Desired) Level 3: 6+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of experience in scheduling and logistics management. 3+ years of experience in MS Office. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create compelling reports and dashboards. Experience with implementing development and engagement initiatives. Experience with schedule, logistics, and project management. Proficiency in data analysis tools: ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
