Project Assistant II - U.S. Remote

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Project Assistant II to provide administrative and documentation support for central laboratory clinical trial services. The role involves preparing study documents, maintaining tracking systems, and ensuring quality compliance with regulatory standards under project manager supervision.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, format, and revise study documents using approved templates and departmental standards
- Maintain study tracking tools including milestone logs, document inventories, and status reports
- Perform quality checks for completeness, formatting accuracy, version control, and regulatory consistency
- Support document routing, approval workflows, and electronic filing within document management systems
- Flag documentation discrepancies and missing information to supervising project manager
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative or documentation roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and document quality review skills
- Knowledge of document management and version control practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of clinical and business information
