SUPERVISORY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (SHIPMENT)

Duties
You will develop and implement procedures, policies, and guidelines for household goods (HHG) Shipment Management operations that maximize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
You will research and resolve more complex, non-routine issues/problems that cannot be handled by subordinates.
You will analyze workload data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
You will supervise and manage the work performed by subordinates.
You will ensure personal property is correctly processed in accordance with DoD policies and regulations.
