Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes paid lead generation, conversion optimization, funnel strategy, automation, and performance marketing. This person will own the systems that generate leads, from ad click to appointment booking to long-term nurture. Ideally, we would like someone in this role who understands the mortgage industry and the restrictions that come along with the Special Housing Category when it comes to advertising. We are not advertising for a product, so we need someone who understands how to work around equal housing category and still hit the correct audience. Core Responsibilitie Own Meta advertising strategy, execution, optimization, and scaling Launch, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns Monitor CPL, CAC, ROAS, lead quality, and funnel performance Build retargeting and remarketing campaigns Manage campaign budgets and allocation decisions Support expansion into YouTube, TikTok, Google, and emerging channels Build and optimize landing pages focused on conversion Create complete lead generation funnels from ad to booked appointments Implement A/B testing strategies Improve conversion rates through ongoing optimization Coordinate forms, lead capture systems, and CRM integration Marketing Automation & Workfl Build and maintain automated email, SMS, voicemail, and nurture campaigns Create and optimize workflows inside GoHighLev Develop lead routing, follow-up, and conversion systems Use AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and scalability Creative Stra Collaborate with leadership and creative teams on campaign concepts Develop testing frameworks for offers, messaging, and creative Identify winning creative and rapidly iterate on underperforming campaigns Analytics & Repo Create weekly and monthly performance reports Provide strategic recommendations based on campaign data Track attribution, conversion events, and funnel metrics Present findings and opportunities to leader Preferred Qualific 3+ years managing Meta advertising campaigns Experience with YouTube, TikTok, and Google advertising Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization Experience building landing pages and marketing automations Strong knowledge of attribution, tracking, pixels, and analytics Experience managing six-figure advertising budgets Ability to interpret performance data and make strategic recommendations Strong creative instincts and testing mindset Mortgage industry or financial services marketing experience Hands‑on experience with GoHighLevel Experience supporting sales teams and appointment‑setting organizations Experience building complex workflows and CRM automations Familiarity with AI tools, prompt engineering, and automation platforms Experience managing multiple brands, funnels, and campaigns simultaneously #J-18808-Ljbffr
