Front Desk Receptionist / Front Desk Attendant

The Club at Las Campanas is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Receptionist / Front Desk Attendant to support our Fitness, Tennis, and Spa operations.

This position is often the first point of contact for our members and guests. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, communicates professionally, stays organized in a busy environment, and can confidently manage multiple responsibilities at once.

What You'll Do

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will help create a welcoming and seamless experience for members and guests while providing administrative support to the Fitness, Tennis, and Spa teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Warmly greet and assist members and guests
• Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and through email
• Process member and guest charges using the POS system
• Answer, manage, and direct incoming phone calls
• Assist with general computer and administrative tasks
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel for daily front desk activities
• Monitor front desk activities and help maintain an organized reception area
• Manage and monitor front desk inventory
• Communicate effectively with members, guests, and Club team members
• Identify and report maintenance or facility issues
• Assist with receiving goods and communicating with vendors as needed
• Support the Fitness, Tennis, and Spa departments with day-to-day operations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is dependable, welcoming, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced member-service environment.

Preferred qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous customer service or front desk experience
• Previous spa, fitness, hospitality, resort, or private club experience is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Professional manner, discretion, and appearance
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Schedule & Work Environment

• Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required
• Work is performed primarily indoors, with some outdoor activities as needed
• This position requires regular interaction with members, guests, team members, and vendors
