Project Manager – Healthcare Construction

Award-winning General Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead specialized healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout in Jacksonville, FL.
The ideal candidate has a proven background managing surgery centers, medical office, or healthcare renovations projects while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule excellence
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects including budget, schedule, and subcontractor management
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives and regulatory requirements are achieved. xhyhwjd
- Ensure compliance with AHCA, Joint Commission, and other healthcare-specific codes and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 2 years focused on healthcare project
- Proven success managing occupied facility renovations, hospital expansions, or medical office buildout
- Experience delivering projects ranging from $1M–$15M
